Located in the heart of Queen Anne and just steps from iconic Kerry Park, this makes an ideal home base for exploring Seattle! Neutral tones and warm decor throughout create a comfortable and relaxing stay. Enjoy the cozy fireplace, a garden with outdoor furniture, and a private balcony with scenic views of Puget Sound. 🏠 LAYOUT On the entry level, you’ll find the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The second floor features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and the washer/dryer. The top floor features the master bedroom and en-suite bath. 🛋️ ENTRY LEVEL LIVING ROOM The living room features a fireplace with a marble surround and a flat-screen TV mounted on a classic white mantel, complemented by beautiful hardwood floors. The seating area includes two mid-century modern orange armchairs with wooden armrests, a wooden coffee table, and a plush light-colored sofa. KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen includes cherry wood cabinets, granite countertops, and a central island. Stainless steel appliances include a double-door refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
