I had a very disappointing stay at this property. The WiFi was practically nonexistent, which was a major inconvenience as I was there for a work trip and needed reliable internet access. Despite calling three times for assistance, no one ever came to help. The hotel itself is extremely outdated, with dirty walls and carpets that are in dire need of replacement. The overall cleanliness made me uncomfortable, even sleeping in the bed. Additionally, when I requested a town car service to the airport, I was surprised to be picked up by an old, worn-down van with multiple passengers—completely different from what was described at check-in. The surrounding area was also concerning, with homeless encampments just across the street. Overall, this experience was far from what I expected, and I won’t be staying here again.

I loved the rooftop with the view. The streets were noisy at night, but I’ve been staying in rural areas a while- it was nice to be able to walk to the Space Needle, Chihuly and the monorail!

Staff was great, the location was great! Walkable to the Space Needle and museums. The bathroom was nice and looks to be remodeled. The room itself was okay but the beds were really uncomfortable. Would stay again if they refreshed the bedding and mattresses.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Starbucks is steps away. We also felt very safe walking around the neighbourhood.

The hotel is clean, staff are helpful and friendly, but, no breakfast, parking is $27 extra, even though it’s in the building, why extra?? There’s a nice room for breakfast but they say a Starbucks is attached (the hotel coffee is great, don’t bother). It’s so convenient when staying in Seattle to start the morning having eaten and brushed your teeth when leaving the hotel.

We made a reservation with them for our ride from the airport to the hotel but no one showed up to pick us up!!! When I got to the hotel they said that the person in charge forgot to tell the driver about our arrival!!! The check in was slow and not to friendly also we requested a queen bed and we got a double bed 🙈🙈🙈
