My mother in law is very poorly and we couldn’t fault the cleanliness of the property, and the owners assisted us in ensuring medical provisions were delivered, so that she could come away for the first time in years. She was over the moon and these are memories we will treasure. This cottage is a modern, clean and well equipped house with lots of complimentary provisions which make it feel like home away from home. If your self catering then please know the kitchen is fully equipped and Tesco is literally across the road, and co op 5 mins to your left. If you don’t feel like cooking then their are plenty of lovely places to eat, 5 mins walk away or across the road. A lovely little welcome pack awaits you with bread, tea, coffee, milk butter and biscuits ready for you to get an urgent brew after your journey. The pebble beach is a 2 minute walk, quiet clean and tidy, and the town centre is no more than a 7 min walk away. Seaton tramway is across the road and a 5 min walk and I recommend this as my mother in law loved it. The tram passes through the wetlands and has a lovely cafe at either end. You’re a short drive away from Beer, Charmouth and Lyme Regis so it’s a good base to explore further afield. The property has no sea view, however it doesn’t matter as the property is so close to the beach. WiFi worked well and towels and linen all provided. If you like quiet, and calm then you’ll love Seaton. A great location for exploring Seaton & the surroundings. It was lovely to have some basic provisions waiting for us on our arrival- a really nice touch.
