"Great hotel for a one night stay. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Leisure facilities were great. Good food at both dinner and breakfast. Hotels seems to have been recently refurbished and rooms are nicely decorated and spotlessly clean."

Breakfast is lovely and fresh with lots of choice and staff warm and efficient. Great location as you can walk out onto the Quayside area and the Millenium Bridge. No traffic. View of river. No traffic noise in rooms. Lovely clean rooms with plenty of hot water. Efficient room service."
