This 2600 SqFt home offers 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, Spacious kitchen & dining room, Gas fireplace, Large Living Room, Bonus room, 55 & 50 inch smart televisions (5 flat screen tvs total), Washer & Dryer, WIFI, Fenced yard, Outdoor firepit, patio, covered front porch, Large trex deck off lower level with plenty of chairs & Upstairs deck.

Lots of room for guests and the kitchen was well equipped which we don’t always see! A beautiful two block walk to the boardwalk and front of the beach! We would definitely recommend.

A group of 9 friends who met 50 years ago at college met for a reunion in Seaside. The house has 4 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs -- all were very nice. The kitchen opens into the dining/living room -- open floor plan was really great for visiting. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with enough plates/cups and utensils. The host was very responsive to any questions and check-in was easy. Thank you!

Pros: There was plenty of space for our 7-person family, the beds were cozy, and proximity to the beach was fantastic. The dining area was spacious and the living room tv was great for the whole family to enjoy a movie on the day it downpoured. We loved the zoned heating. Everyone’s room was exactly how they liked it and all our boys (ages 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14) were happy with their rooms, the air hockey table, and game room space. Cons: Cooking was a challenge. We assumed a house that sleeps ten would have large frying pans that allow for cooking big meals, and more than one baking sheet. There were only two smallish frying pans and one baking sheet so even simple meals had to be made in batches, elongating our cook time and effort. We bought meat to grill the first night but uncovered the grill to find that it hadn’t been cleaned and there was no grill brush or grill tools. I messaged the owner, who apologized and stated there had been some but she didn’t know where they were now, and alluded to people taking things. I know theft happens in rentals and I was more understanding than my husband, who was pretty upset about having planned a meal that ended up coated in burnt remnants of other people’s meals. Grill cleaning, grill tools, toaster cleaning, and checking for the presence of commonly needed items should be on the housekeeper’s checklist. (Would be awesome if they had beach chairs available for use.)

This was a great, very clean house for our family- 5 adults and 3 small children. Wagon ride or walk to the beautiful beach! Nice floor plan and outdoor deck for everyone to spread out. Good location to local restaurants and businesses. Host was super friendly and helpful! She was so quick on responding!!! It is in a neighborhood, so has your neighbor noises, etc.

Our first time visiting the Oregon coast we knew we wanted somewhere close to the beach with enough room for the whole family. The house is about as close as you can get to the beach and in a quieter section of the beach at that! Compared to some other areas we visited in seaside and canon beach is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, a nice escape from the more densely crowded areas of both communities. We had an unfortunate, freak of nature, accident while staying and the host arranged a rush clean up job so that we could continue enjoying our vacation. The house came well equipped with everything we could need, especially in the kitchen as we like to cook. The host and property made for a great first time trip to seaside!

We had a family gathering of all ages from ourselves in our 80s to our youngest grandson at 6 years old. The house was perfect for all of us. The beds were super comfortable and all the rooms well equipped with nice linens and towels and very clean. The bonus room was great for our two granddons and some great grandchildren, whose families rented nearby. I highly recommend this property for a family vacation.

2 blocks from beach and less than a mile from downtown. We enjoyed our stay very much. The propane tank on the bbq grill was empty and the grill was pretty old and rusty. We find grilling an important part of our summer stay.

The house is clean, spacious, and great for large groups. The location is excellent with lots of fun walkable things to do and even more fun things to do just a short drive away. We had a great stay during Soccer in the Sand. We had 3 families totaling 10 people. The house is laid out very efficiently and we had plenty of room. The rec room was also great to separate the kids and grown ups. We spent most of the time on the beach and wish we had a little more time to hang out in the house. The linens, bathroom and kitchen were perfectly stocked. Thank you so much for the stay!

The home is clean, beautiful, and perfectly located —quiet neighborhood, a short easy walk to the beach. Kitchen is well equipped, the decks are great for sunny weather. The host is friendly, generous and quickly responsive to any questions. This is our second stay here and my family has enthusiastically voted to make this host/location our annual go-to. We love it!

Kari’s place met all expectations in the listings and there was plenty of room for our family. Beds were clean and comfortable, shower heads had amazing pressure, and lots of cooking utensils and pots! The only complaint we have was the floors looked clean, dust/dirt-free, but it was dirty. We are a group of Asians so we don’t wear shoes in the house, but ended up putting our shoes on. Definitely not a big deal and I would rent and recommend Kari’s place again. We picked a great weekend to be on the beach last weekend- the weather was AMAZING and to top it off, we got to see the Aurora Borealis from the backyard and deck! I wish I could show you the photos here =)
