Just 200 feet from the sand, Sandpiper Cottage is a nostalgic nod to classic beach days — a snug and sunny retreat perfect for couples or small families. You can even bring your dog along! With two bedrooms, one bathroom, and room for up to four guests, this cottage keeps things simple, cozy, and effortlessly close to the shoreline. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a sunny dining nook for four, and a comfortable living room with a chaise lounge sofa and TV — perfect for lazy mornings or movie nights after a day at the beach. The backyard patio and garden area offer a quiet space to grill, relax, or sip a glass of wine in the ocean air. Modest in size with timeless charm, Sandpiper Cottage is the kind of place where beach memories are made one barefoot step at a time. Per City Ordinance, occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time, that does include visitors stopping by. Children and infants count toward occupancy. All vehicles staying at or visiting a vacation rental in the city must park on the designated spaces on the property and not on the street. The cottage itself is exactly as advertised two snug bedrooms and a bright little living/dining space that felt clean and well kept the moment we walked in. We loved that it’s literally about 200 feet from the beach, so sunrise walks and quick sunset run-backs for jackets were a breeze. The back patio became our go to spot for morning coffee and evening card games. There’s even a grill. Fast Wi-Fi kept everyone’s devices happy, and the kitchen had all the basics for simple meals.Big bonus: pet-friendly! Our dog spent every spare minute chasing waves, and having her with us made the trip. Bottom line, If you want a clean, no fuss base that’s seconds from the sand and welcomes dogs, Sandpiper Cottage is hard to beat. We’d happily return next time we’ll stay a full week! ##### Ben D.
