Everything in the home was clean and in working order, which we appreciated. However, there were a few things future guests may want to be aware of. The listing photos were a bit misleading regarding the number of bedrooms, the picture showing one room with different comforters made it appear as if there were more bedrooms than there actually are. It wasn’t listed as a two bedroom so that’s my fault but I did rent it thinking it was two bedrooms. The house itself was okay overall but could benefit from some updates and a general refresh. Additionally, the downstairs area had a strong mold smell, but I’m sure that’s hard to avoid in such a rainy area. Fireplace was a huge plus! With a few improvements, this could be a much more enjoyable stay, and the host’s responsiveness is definitely a positive! ##### Hailey C. I heard the estuary was nearby and wished for some binoculars to enjoy the view. The porch is a well seated area with a grill to boot. My daughter and I came to Seaside for a girls get away, and we were not disappointed! The little house was perfect for the two of us and is in a great location. Even though it rained while we were there, we were able to cozy up, play games, and watch some tv when it was too wet to go outside! Highly recommend for a girls get away! ##### Dayna H. Appreciated that kitchen had various supplies, spices etc. Quiet neighborhood was nice. There is a downstairs unit so the yard, hot tub etc are shared.
