Balcony overlooking the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Bedroom has King bed with flat screen TV and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Living room has Queen Murphy, Flat screen Smart TV with streaming NetFlix, games, books, DVD’s and a new comfy sofa. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets. The owners have all the comforts that anyone can ask for. The view is breathtaking, a million dollar view for sure. The living room is wonderful, with a huge beautiful Samsung TV. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want, and the bathrooms, yes 2 of them, are great. The bedroom has a king size bed and a combination TV/DVD player. Just a few blocks from Broadway and all of the action, including rides, miniature golf, arcades, fascination and every kind of restaurant that you could want.
