    The Space:

    Just a few steps walk to both the boardwalk and the ocean from this lovely home! There's room for everyone in this three-story beach house with west-facing ocean views. Gas fireplaces are set on the second and third floors for warming up on overcast Oregon Coast mornings. Two living rooms and two full kitchens (each equipped with full-size appliances and cooking equipment) will ensure there's space for everyone. When it comes to entertainment, the lowest floor features a spacious game room with a foosball table perfect for late-night tournaments. The all-important private washer/dryer will make sure your towels and swimsuits are ready to go. At the end of a long day at the beach, enjoy a relaxing soak in the jetted tub. Better yet, grab a seat on one of the two decks - there's always fresh ocean air to enjoy here.



    Bedrooms are spread out across all three floors at this home, allowing for everyone to enjoy their own space. Both bunk rooms are downstairs, perfect for younger guests who want to stick close to the game room.

I was extremely disappointed with this beach house and would not recommend it.When we arrived, there was a dirty used bandage sitting in the window, The carpets were absolutely disgusting and so dirty that I didn’t even want my kids sitting or playing on the floor. The BBQ was filthy and basically unusable. The drain in the middle bathroom shower was so backed up that the tub would start filling with water while showering, which made us not even want to use it. We also couldn’t use the top refrigerator because it wasn’t getting cold, even with the temperature turned all the way down. having a working refrigerator is pretty important.There were only two trash bags provided for the entire house. The deck was another major concern. There were multiple loose boards, and the deck felt wobbly and unstable when walking on it. With children staying with us, this felt like a genuine safety issue. On top of everything else, none of the beds were comfortable, so even sleeping and relaxing during our stay was difficult.The TVs were also extremely small and outdated for a rental at this price point. Considering how affordable TVs are now, this seems like something that could easily be updated to make the house feel more comfortable and worth what guests are paying. For the amount of money people spend to stay at a beach house, I expect it to at least be clean, sanitary, safe, comfortable, and have basic appliances and amenities that actually work. Probably wouldn’t come back.
