There was a lot of activities to keep them busy with gaming, arcade games and a hot tub. It was so nice to be able to make dinners and play games as a family instead of having 3 separate motel rooms. On the night we arrived, we could see the glow of the sunset just a couple blocks down, and immediately walked to the beach to find this (pictures attached). My favorite part of the WHOLE trip was that sunset on the first night. This house is about as close as you'll get to the beach without being in one of the commercial hotels/condos. We shopped at the local Safeway and enjoyed having a home environment to relax in. Not only is it a great location for walking to Broadway and/or the beach, it has EVERYTHING your family could want or need. Private hot tub, AMAZING game room separate from the living room, tvs in every room, every small and large appliance you can think of…and the home was comfy, cute, and spotlessly clean! We needed a weekend to relax and our family had a wonderful time playing the unlimited games, eating in, and enjoying the perfectly stocked home away from home! ##### C V. The house is decorated so cute and was extremely clean. They had so much to offer and do. There was a large variety of things to keep you entertained from young to old. I was very impressed with all the movies, books, gaming consoles, and games. You can tell that the owners really care about their guests and take pride in this lovely getaway. The game room, hot tub and fire pit were a huge hit with adults and children alike. The house has a great layout, is beautifully decorated and there is a lot of attention to detail. It was great proximity to walk downtown and to the beach. But the best part was all the house itself had to offer. The kitchen appliances as well as cookware were the best options we had seen at any vacation rental. The game room was tons of the fun and the hot tub & fire pit were certainly enjoyed by all. Amazing, I had stayed before and will again. This property is clean, bright and offers all amenities! Hot tub, firepit, BBQ, game room, walking distance to strip and to the beach. Just come, park and everything else is right there down to beach chairs to carry to the beach! Iggy's is amazing place nearby. If the weather is great, you have the beach and strip but if not, you have the game room, hot tub and firepit. Pinball and air hockey were a huge hit, lots of awesome puzzles and board games for all ages, many not even open yet. The location is PERFECT, very quiet and yet we literally never had to drive our car the entire time we were there because it is just a couple blocks from the main strip and from the beach. We sure loved staying here and could have been very comfortable for much longer. The layout of the house is great. Clean, everything we needed. The game room was so much fun for the kids. Location is great, all the games, video games, air hockey table, comfy couches and beds, every kitchen gadget you could ever need. Our only disappointment was the cleanliness of the hot tub. It is very spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway with our children to celebrate a mile-stone birthday. So many games we could never have played all of them! Great coffee pot and kitchen appliances galore and cooking amenities. Only thing we could suggest to improve on is at least one more chair in the living room. The six of us couldn’t all sit in the same room comfortably on the only sofa in there without bringing in a dining chair. When we weren't playing at the Seaside Volleyball Tournament, we were enjoying pinball, air hockey, an xbox series x, a PS5, and full-size arcade games. The cookware and mattresses didn't seem like they were third-hand primary home discards. The gas stove was a pleasure to cook on. The place was immaculate. The non-perishables sharing shelf (with previous and future renters) was brilliant--We used what was there and left some contributions. The house was tastefully decorated and painted thoughtfully. Everything was dusted and working exactly as intended. I don't think I could EVER claim that in my other rental experiences. The checkout was simple. Congrats to the owners/management of this house.
