This spacious 2 level unit is part of a well-maintained condo complex and features 20-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an abundance of natural light that creates a warm, breezy vibe all day long. Sip your morning coffee on the private deck as ocean breezes roll in, and enjoy front-row seats to the weekly fireworks lighting up the night sky.  
  
The layout is perfect for families, couples, or friends traveling together, with two separate bedrooms and full baths on each floor offering privacy and comfort. The open-concept living area includes a cozy living room with Roku TV, a dining area for six, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need—from a coffee station with K-Cup machine, French press, espresso maker, and NutriBullet, to wine, margarita, and champagne glasses for a fun night in.

Please note when booking, this unit is a second floor duplex that requires stairs to access.  
  
We do not accept any prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party bookings. We accept families and adult couples/groups. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must be staying on the property for the entire length of stay. You may not book on behalf of someone else.
