### Seaside heights bay view beach house

The apartment is on the top floor of a multi family home right across the street from the open bay. Across the street is a dock that you can crab/fish from that rents boats and wave runner's along with a restaurant. 3 blocks away from the legendary seaside heights Boardwalk and beach. The property has a pool, grill, bikes, beach chairs and a full kitchen to make you feel right at home. Mostly everything in the unit is brand new, from the furniture to the flooring and carpet. House is kept very clean and cozy. Hope to see you soon. 1 bed. 1 futon

Property has everything you need to relax and getaway. It’s not luxurious, it’s comfort, it’s quiet, it’s peaceful. At a 5 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, you can’t go wrong. Host is easy to reach and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location and pool were phenomenal. 10 minute walk to the beach. Brian was great and very accommodating. The place has two bedrooms, but one doubles as a living room. It was great for the four of us. Very clean and cozy. Would gladly stay again!

Cute little apartment that had everything i needed for the week. Boardwalk and beach are both within walking distance. Bikes were available for use along with a large deck and pool for cooling off. Outdoor shower was also a huge plus to clean off after beach time.

#### Perfect Weekend Getaway

My sister and I stayed here for a weekend down the shore and it was absolutely perfect! Brian thinks every detail out and it was so clean with everything you could possibly need. The pool was also a great added plus! Perfect distance from the boardwalk as well and Brian is always there to help. Thanks for everything and we will definitely be back!!

#### Awesome Shore Apartment

Very clean and cozy. Had everything you could possibly need. The pool was a major plus, kids had a blast! Owner is very nice. Close to the beach/boardwalk. It was our first time at Seaside and we loved it. Will definitely return.

#### Very clean very nice

Very clean and nice. Owner is very nice. The pool is really nice and big. Close to the boards, very walkable. The steps are a bit steep but doable. After 11pm there needs to be quiet so may not be ideal for young kids and or noisy kids.

#### Very nice and clean

Brian our host was very pleasant and wonderful. Our stay was excellent. The apartment was very clean and within walking distance to the boardwalk and other activities. My only complaint is the mattress in the master bedroom. Other than that it was an awesome stay and hopefully will be returning next year or sooner.
