Our building is 2 blocks from the beach allowing you to relax and enjoy the warm summer sun. Each unit is provided beach chairs and beach passes to grant you access to the beach. Along the beach, is the infamous boardwalk with plenty of games, min golf, rides & other activities for both kids and adults to enjoy anytime of the day or night. Clocktower Condominiums is also surrounded by a variety of great restaurants: most within walking distance. THE BUILDING: Our building caters exclusively to families and adult groups – no prom/young adult groups are permitted. We pride ourselves in keeping each unit and common areas in pristine condition for our guests to enjoy. The building is fully secure with underground, gated parking and commercial elevator with access to each floor. Each unit is provided 2 spaces in the garage. Our rooftop offers a perfect place to enjoy the sun & take a dip in our roof top salt water pool. We also have a common space, right off the pool area, where you can play ping pong, do a puzzle, play some board games or just enjoy the spectacular sunsets. THE UNIT: This unit is fully furnished with granite/marble kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, HVAC, and multiple terraces off the living room, master bedroom & upstairs bedroom. The Master Bedroom has two Queen Beds & a private, full bathroom. The Second Bedroom has two Queen Beds & is directly next to the full, hallway bathroom. Upstairs offers another big bedroom with two Queen Beds, living area & 1/2 Bath. The unit offers direct access to pool deck and has its own washer & dryer off the kitchen area. The condo was fantastic in so many ways. we were able to walk everywhere… to the beach, boardwalk, playground, restaurants. There was plenty of space for our two families. Great space in the kitchen area for all of us to eat & a table for playing games. Plus everything we needed for making meals. Loved all the balconies for the views & quiet reading space. Had a blast on the roof swimming, relaxing, & using the game room. The owner was very friendly & easily accessible by txt/phone for any questions or needs. The included beach passes were a huge plus! Loved that they even had carts for us to use to bring all of our bags to & from our car at the beginning & end of our trip. This property exceeded all of our expectations! The owners were all very responsive and made the entire process a breeze! We were treated like family and the size and layout of the condo made us feel like we were home. This property has everything you need from laundry and beach chairs to comfortable mattresses and a rooftop plunge pool which we really looked forward to after long days at the beach. It was a short walk to the beach but also far enough from the boardwalk to be quiet-best of both worlds. It was also kept very clean (we’d see them cleaning the pool area every morning) and we appreciated this piece of mind during this time of a pandemic. We’d definitely book again and would recommend a stay! ##### Amanda S. I actually had to clean out drawers in the kitchen. The waste paper baskets were filthy. I tried to scrub the toilets in my room. Gross….. I feel bad saying this because the owners were so nice. She is very welcoming and informative! She suggested restaurants and activities for our group to try! The unit itself is very well kept and clean. It was stocked with all the essentials you would need such as linens, towels, kitchen tools, etc. There are even beach chairs and umbrellas available to take to the beach. This saves so much room when you’re packing! The Clocktower’s proximity to everything was one of the best features! Just a short walk would get you to the boardwalk, beach, and restaurants. May I also add that we felt extremely safe as you get a personalized code to enter every door into the building. I would highly recommend staying here and we will be back to stay!
