Everything clean. Great location. Easy to walk to the beach and to the boardwalk.Yes, across the street is a motel, but this is par for the course when it comes to Seaside. My only complaint about that is that my 2-year-old desperately wanted to swim in the motel pool lolSomething not mentioned is the location of the firehouse (1 block away) and the siren... it's LOUD if you're outside, but it went off surprisingly few times. We would love to stay here again. As far as the questionable motel across the street as mentioned in the other two reviews. That wasn't a concern of our group, none of those guests ever bothered us or caused a nuisance. It's seaside heights so questionable hotels/motels are a given in the area.
