There are 5 good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds, plenty of communal space, a big TV in the living room for lazy recovery, the added bonus of a drink fridge, a good sized back patio and a small covered front porch which is perfect for cocktails. Location is perfect - on a beach block with easy access to many local restaurants and coffee shops. Cristina is a responsive host and was easy to work with when we had questions. The house has plenty of room and amenities for a group of this size. This is also the best location in all of Ortley Beach. 2 minute walk to the beach, and plenty of breakfast, lunch, (great) dinner & shopping options within 2-3 blocks. Teenagers can also walk to Seaside Boardwalk while the adults stay on the beach throughout the afternoon! Christina is also a great owner, very responsive and genuinely wants you to have a great experience. We had a couple last minute requests that she was very helpful with, thank you!!
