With a well-furnished dining and kitchenette area and 2 private bedrooms, this hideout is ideal for individuals, couples, and/or small families with young children who want the best of both worlds. We’re excited to host you! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests—and to be respectful of our wonderful neighbors—please take a moment to review and follow these simple guidelines during your stay:  
  
Guest Requirements  
Per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3, the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and staying on-site during the rental period. We kindly ask that the names, ages, and addresses of all guests be shared prior to check-in. For groups including guests under 21, the Borough of Seaside Heights requires signed consent forms from a parent or guardian.  
  
To maintain a quiet and respectful environment, outside visitors are not permitted. Groups made up entirely of guests under 21, or those exceeding the number of registered guests, may be unable to check in.  
  
Subleasing & Third-Party Bookings  
For safety and consistency, reservations must be made by someone staying at the property. Subleasing or transferring a booking to another party is not permitted.  
  
No Parties or Loud Gatherings  
➤ While we hope you have a fantastic time, this is a family-friendly space, not a party house.  
➤ As per township ordinance, Quiet hours begin at 10 PM to ensure everyone, including our neighbors, enjoys a peaceful evening.  
➤ (Please note: The township enforces strict noise ordinances.)

 ➤ We’ve set up the cottage for your comfort and convenience. Kindly refrain from moving or rearranging furniture.

 ➤ We welcome 1 small non shedding dogs ! A pet fee applies.  
 ➤ Please provide your pet’s breed and size before booking for approval.  
 ➤ Unfortunately, large dogs that shed excessively or have aggressive tendencies are not a fit for our space.  
  
Our Cleanliness Promise  
➤ We take pride in offering a clean space.  
➤ If anything isn’t to your satisfaction when you arrive, let us know within 2 hours of check-in and we’ll gladly send our cleaning team.

• Parking: 1 car (a $250+ value for weekly stays). Huge perk as it is very challenging to find affordable parking  
• All televisions are Smart TVs, bring your own streaming service accounts to continue what you were watching at home!  
• Please note that you will have to climb stairs to reach this 2nd-floor condo  
• For your safety, we have security cameras covering the exterior of the property, including entrances and patio areas.  
  
As per Seaside Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Minimum age for rentals must be 25 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights. No Exceptions. Reservations can not have outside guests or visiting friends. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid.

This was my first experience doing a stay like this and it was a perfect one. Easy check in. Great communication. We personally met the host and he was great. #### GOOD for price, location

More than adequate apartment. Comfortable beds, working AC, very close to nice beach, and quiet block. Limited kitchen, but we made it work anyway. Minor things could be taken care of (latches on doors, etc), but nothing that impeded us. We were lucky to find a place within a week of check-in, and price was very good. A good time.

#### Girls trip

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. It was small but had everything we needed. The location is EVERYTHING. Close to shore store, breakfast, coffee, etc. you can literally see the ferris wheel sitting at the kitchen table. Kishore was very nice and friendly.

#### Girls Birthday Trip!

Our stay? Was phenomenal! My friends of over 40+ years(friends forever) and I have been picking destinations to celebrate life. It being my turn to pick a place, I picked here. What a great place. Clean, cute, safe place to be. Half a block to the boardwalk and beach, which we loved. The outside showers were a welcome addition. The outside sitting area is pleasant, great for chatting, or in my case, reading in the morning (I’m the early bird). Anything you want, it’s within walking distance. Everyone is friendly, accommodating and happy to see you. And now to our host, Kishore. He went out of his way to make sure we had our arrival paperwork and called to make sure we were comfortable with the instructions. Not only that, but he came to meet me and my friends, and as a matter of fact, all the guests for this weekend. He even gave wonderful recommendations for restaurants and even the nearby CVS. Who does that? Many other places assign you a number. We were treated as welcomed guests. We appreciated the gesture. Knowing that we had our place by the beach was just wonderful. We felt safe, welcomed and comfortable. I can’t thank you enough Kishore for your kindness and a great spot to stay while in Seaside Height. Your new friend, the cool one, Yvette P.

#### This had been the greatest experience ever we absolutely loved not only the host which made you feel

Kahore was the best and i would say the best host i have ever dealt with people you have to give it a try you'll never regret it the place has great water pressure which is very hard to find on this island and such a clean and cozy unit nakes you feel at home. This is a 100 star review and i recommend it to anyone who wants to have a great time at seaside heights i will be back for years to come this is it no more looking for a clean and cozy place to stay ive found the best place and just talking to kashore was like talking to a family member..

#### Did what we needed

We came for my sons soccer tournament. We literally only showered and slept here and it did what we needed. We were comfortable and it was clean. Literally a block and a half away from the pier. This may not be an updated modern place, but we were very happy. It met my expectation on what was needed. The owner was sweet and curteous and always prompt. I would stay here again next year. Highly recommend.
