The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, close to ACME, and still peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. The home was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the check-in/out process was smooth with clear, straightforward instructions.Ed was a fantastic host—friendly, flexible, and very generous. He let us use his beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon, which made packing so much easier. The grill was clean and easy to use, and he even shared his bikes with us. My son had such a great time that he now wants to buy a bike just to ride with Dad!The photos and description of the place are spot on, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.
