Just a short walk from your landing you will find yourself at the famous Casino Pier rides and games, Breakwater Beach Water Park, or Smuggler's Cove putt-putt and go karts. The apartment is a cozy clean family friendly space just a block from the boardwalk and beach. This air conditioned unit has two bedrooms, a full bath and full kitchen, as well as a nice living space to hang out or watch TV. One bedroom includes a queen sized bed, the second bedroom has twin trundle beds, and the couch located in the living space has a hideaway queen. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided in the apartment. All furniture and appliances are in good condition and working order, including a coffee pot, toaster, microwave, gas stove, and refrigerator. Cabinets come stocked with dishes, wine/regular glasses, and silverware. 6 beach badges will also be available for your enjoyment of the Seaside Heights beaches and we have beach chairs, boogie boards, and an umbrella available for your convenience. A patio set with umbrella and barbecue grill are located on the property as well so you can enjoy grilling out with family and friends. The fun can continue with a handful of games also available for your entertainment in the apartment. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets or smoking in our apartment. We also require that one renter is an adult of at least 28 years of age or older. No additional guests are allowed beyond the registered guests on the rental agreement. We do request our registered guests be respectful of all other tenants. The 6 beach badges, beach towels and beach toys, all available. The outdoor space was nice. That's where we'd sit in the evenings and play games and enjoy each others company. Séjour de 4 nuits en juillet 2022 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Irina S., Staten Island, NY 4 juill. 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Beware of Property Manager The establishment was very nice and for the most part our stay was very pleasant, however the good parts were overshadowed by poor ownership. Despite my party purchasing $1500 worth of insurance, the owner, Lisa, took it upon herself to charge my account $500\. The insurance was taken out for the sole purpose of accidental protection, because accident do in fact happen. A few cheap cushions were stained and a black mark was on the wall, all of which were accidental. We communicated this to the owner and informed her about the insurance, but within hours my account was charged. The damages were around $50-$100 maximum, so this amount was absurd . Throughout our stay we had no problems with the neighbors and we treated everybody around us with respect; this made it that much more shocking when we were treated with the blatant disrespect by Lisa. We tried multiple times to reason with the property owner, to no avail. All in all our stay was okay, but if you are looking to book a house under this owner, be aware that she may overreact and attempt to cause problems. ##### Irina S. The property was conveniently located: a short walk to the boardwalk, beach, several restaurants, convenience stores, and the bay. The condo was clean and cool and perfect for our family of four. Lisa and Brian have an absolutely ADORABLE little cottage that is super close walking distance to the boards. It has private parking, which is a huge plus, and is SO SO CLEAN. Thank you Lisa for coming by to make sure we were all set and to drop off the bottle of wine. Great hospitality, great place. WILL return! ##### Christina H. This apartment is the perfect place for a beach vacation! Lisa was easy to communicate with and quick to respond, check in was easy, the apartment was very clean, comfortable, and the perfect set up for our little family of 4\. The kids loved the trundle beds! The location can’t be beat, such a short walk to the boardwalk, beach, restaurants, shopping etc. The outdoor area was so nice and a great place to hang out. Lisa even gifted us a bottle of her homemade wine, which was delicious! Wonderful experience and we’re looking forward to a return visit! ##### Beth M.
