Park the car and walk everywhere! Near beach, boardwalk, restaurants, Casino Pier & Breakwater Beach. THE SPACE This condo offers WiFi / ROKU TVs, large window air-unit, queen size bed and a pull out couch. TWO beach badges to use for your stay ($130.00 value) - must be left at property or the full price of them will be deducted from your deposit. ONE PARKING PASS - ($250 deducted from deposit if it is not returned / left at property). You can park at any metered space in Seaside Heights EXCEPT: a. Ocean Terrace b. Any Street end off of Ocean Terrace c. Any metered parking lot. Ideal for couples looking for a relaxing shore getaway. A no party policy is strictly in place - 25+ required. This is not rented for proms or events. NO smoking. NO pets.
