"Although the area and property were perfect for the stay, due to a Tropical Storm approaching I ended my stay two days early and with good reason as the island was flooded Sunday. When I contacted the PM Saturday they would not offer to refund my two last night stays as there wasn't a mandatory evac. ordered. Again, nothing at all wrong with the property but to not refund us after needing to leave a potentially dangerous situation is a bit over the top."
