This beautiful home welcomes you through the front door with an open layout overlooking the Pacific. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining, with all new appliances and a long bar with plenty of stools to lounge in. Step out onto the deck and you'll be greeted with an ocean breeze; you can stay awhile in our Adirondack chairs. If you're feeling like you need to warm up, start a fire in one of the two indoor fireplaces, cozy up next to the fire pit, or change into your suit and enjoy the outdoor hot tub! If you're looking for privacy, sneak away to the top floor master suite and enjoy the view from the 3rd story. Want to visit the beach? You're 30 seconds from the door to the sand on a path just North of the property. Overall, this home has something for everyone in your group. The wide windows maximize the gorgeous view, and the access to the beach couldn't be easier. Here are the highlights: It's oceanfront with beach access right down to the sand. To get to the beach, walk down the driveway. You will notice a wooden gate just a few steps down the road and to your left. That is the gate to a shared pathway to the beach. There's a hot tub, 2 indoor wood-burning fireplaces, 2 roomy and private king bedrooms, 2 living rooms, an attached garage playroom with tons of games, BRAND NEW SAUNA! and a newly renovated kitchen with all new appliances. The sleeping arrangements are comfy and intentional. Orca Manor sleeps 8 between 3 bedrooms and there are 3 bathrooms. Here's the breakdown: 1 Oceanfront King with private bathroom, top floor 1 Oceanfront King with shared bathroom, 1st floor, bottom floor 1 bedroom with 2 Queens and 1 Twin top bunk and shared bathroom, main floor 1 Queen Murphy bed in the bottom floor living room with shared bath We would love to have you stay at our fabulous Orca Manor home! This is our third visit to the area, staying in other houses. None come close to this one. There was enough room for everybody to spread out when needed. The house was well supplied with everything we needed. We really appreciated the washer and dryer after being on the road traveling for a week! We were a little concerned about not having air conditioning, but the breezes coming off the ocean kept everything cool. The children really enjoyed the game room and other activities. We grilled out one night, and rolling the grill into the driveway was quick and easy. The hot tub was a hit, with lots of beach towels making it just right. We also used the fire pit to roast marshmallows one evening. Walking down the beach to the tidal pools at low tide was the most magical experience for the kids. We have never been to a beach that had so much sea life. Down in Depoe Bay we were also able to see 3 gray whales. We heard there was an Orca in Yaquina Bay but we couldn’t spot him. We saw tons of seals and sea lions! The house is so convenient to lots of small coastal towns with fun places to eat. The view is just stunning and everything we hoped for! The beds were comfortable and it was very spacious. Beautiful views especially from the master bedroom. I didn’t like how they advertised a brand new sauna but then wanted to charge 200 extra to use it for the week.. one thing to keep in mind when booking is that the house has a lot of stairs and the stairs to the master are steep. The moment we went through the gate and down the gorgeously long stone driveway, we new we arrived at a very special place. When we opened the front door and stepped inside for the first time, this home took our breath away. We are a family of 4 and this house had everything we needed and more. The spacious kitchen had numerous cooking supply items making it super easy to prepare meals when we wanted to stay in to eat. All the rooms were beautifully decorated with comfortable sleeping arrangements. The upper deck provided beautiful views of the beach, while the lower deck gave us a wonderful feeling of privacy within lush green forestry. The hot tub was our go to hang out spot on rainy days, sunny days, after long walks on the beach, and enjoying beautiful starry nights. We enjoyed the use of the outdoor door firepit to make s'mores. The kids loved the foosball room. This made for a great area for them to have their own space to hang out. The community staircase to access the beach was extremely easy get to as well. The kids had no problem navigating it. The beach had fabulous tidepools to explore which made for a great highlight to our vacation. The check in/check out process went extremely smooth as well. Plenty of posted information to navigate the home easily. Thank you for providing an amazing home to our family and giving us an opportunity to enjoy our time along the Oregon coast! ##### Cody W. Such a beautiful home and the location was perfect. Easy access to the beach. Hot tub was incredible. Loved unwinding with the sound on of the ocean in the background.
