« You will not be disappointed with what you see once you see inside the doors. Beautifully decorated and everything you need, but... it is more like a modular 4-apartment home / b&b - no ocean view, at the end of a dirt road (lots of dust), but a few deer met us as we unpacked. We were skeptical at first, yet pleasantly surprised with our stay. I highly recommend, so long as your expectations are set. »

« Loved being within walking distance of everything in town! We used the car only to go up to Acadia and walked everywhere else. Showers were hot and bed was comfortable. I don’t know if it was the bed or the walking, but it was the best sleep I’ve had in quite awhile. Must be happiness! »

« This cute little studio stay is located at Bunker’s Restaurant. It was safe, quiet and comfortable. It was neat to watch the lobster boats come in the evening. Alicia checked in with us and was great. She is doing some improvements to the property and it looks like it will be even better. »

« Great place, comfortable and clean. My father slept in the bedroom and said the bed was pretty comfortable. My husband and I slept on the pull out sofa, it wasn’t as comfortable as I had hoped but it was suitable for a night. A curtain on the door would be nice for people who sleep on the pullout sofa, the light coming from the streetlamp across the street is quite bright. »

« We had a great stay – the home was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The check-in process was smooth, and communication was prompt and helpful throughout.One small suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding a few basic pantry essentials like seasoning and sugar. We couldn’t find those during our stay, which would have been helpful especially for making coffee in the mornings.Other than that, everything was excellent and we really enjoyed...

« I was visiting Acadia for a handful of days; I stayed in Bar Harbor the first couple of nights, and decided to split costs by staying here, a short drive away just off the island, for the rest. It's definitely a small room/bathroom, especially compared to my first spacious place in Bar Harbor, and everything was older/cheaper/lower quality than my first place, but I also wasn't staying here for a spa treatment, and it's a fine, clean place to shower and sleep in the evenings while spending most...

« Location was fantastic in the middle of everything, and parking was great, especially since it was so crowded everywhere else when we were in Bar Harbor. Very much enjoyed the breakfast at Everyday Joe's downstairs. The place was clean and communications with Diwas, the owner, was prompt, courteous and efficient. Had a great stay. »
