The Hotel itself is very nice, or will be soon. this review reflects the fact that there was nothing about the hotel being under renovation when i booked it. the interior hallways were being painted. the halls reeked of paint and it gave my girlfriend a headache. the first morning i was woken up by painting people right outside my door. i do not know how longer it is under renovation but i would wait for it to finish until you stay here. not to mention the Location, is not the greatest being right off a highway, though i am unfamiliar with the area. there is also a federal prison you can see from the entrance, though you judge that yourself.

A little less than ok
Shower was extremely hot or cold. Pressure was just a trickle. Curtain rod was falling off. The rooms window valance was torn and falling. Not a single usb port in the room.

The room itself wasn't bad but they are under construction and had so many things torn up, plastic on all the floors and the place smelled musty and dirty. It was the worst hotel experience I've ever had and one of the most expensive at $165 a night.

This hotel used to be ok but now it’s just not well kept. The restroom smelled like sewer and the room had a weird smell.

Thanks for your feedback the hotel is currently under a full renovations and in that case we smell since all rooms bathroom are getting re done with new paints and funiture. We expect the hotel to be done in few months,

Thanks for your recent review we gave you a room and you had problems with your room we came and checked your issue and noting wsa wrong. We also checked each and every conner and noting was found. After we checked you asked to see about getting a discount the company you work for use our hotel on a daily base and they never have a problem.

The first room we checked into upon opening the door, a strong musty smell hit you in the face. Took my shoes off and the carpet felt damp wherever I walked. I went to lay on the bed and noticed a type of black hair that nobody wants on their supposedly clean bed. Requested a room change, and was given a new room. The musty smell wasn’t as bad, nor was the damp floor.

It was close to relatives but there were issues with the window, squeaking door, shower drainage, hand soap dispenser at sink (room 110).

Great little hotel. I like it alot, but this stay I experienced alot of traffic noise from the highway out front. I don't remember that during previous stays. It was difficult to sleep well--sounded like the window was open.

Will not stay there again
The room had cobwebs. The a/c was down to 60 but it was not keeping the room very cool. There was a musty smell. There was no security latch on the door it was missing.

Nice hotel
My husband actually booked a night here at this hotel because our AC unit went out the night before. We really enjoyed our stay here! We had a very clean room, comfy king bed, cold AC and nice hot water in the shower. We even got to use the pool that was refreshing. We did enjoy the breakfast the morning after but the sausage was a little undercooked. Everything else was wonderful and we will definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice hotel in a small town. This was my second stay and it was great. I was alone and felt completely safe and secure. Very clean; staff was very responsive; breakfast was good. I will definitely be staying there again.

While the property wasn’t bad, the bed was horrible. It was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, bring your own pillow, as these didn’t even have a pillow case. The water pressure was non- existent. Our carpet was damp from the air conditioner and the towels are so thin, they didn’t even absorb the water after a shower. I know it’s a small town but if you’re 1 of 2 motels in the area, you can do better than the segoville inn- after all BW is a huge chain…

This hotel was amazing. The staff were so helpful, the bed so comfortable the added bonus of fridge microwave and coffee in your room and the breakfast was delicious 100% recommended

Hoel room had bed bugs & property & staff cant do anyyhing wiyhout a manager. This is a health & safety issue & for the price i spent on this room over night to be awaken by bed bugs is not ok

Bed bugs are a very serious issue in our industry today. This is not a subject to be taken lightly and one that is acted on immediately. Although we have our hotel inspected regularly for any evidence of bed bugs, we also follow up immediately on any guest concern. In the case of this guest our contracted pest control providor was on site within 2 hours of the alleged report. The pest control company did a thourough and documented inspection of the room along with hotel staff and found no evidence of any stage of a bed bug. We appreciate and are thankful for the concern and awareness of our travelers which would enable us to eliminate a problem immediately should it arise. We will continue to immediately act on even the slightest concern of any of our guests in this serious matter. We will also continue to support the findings of the professionals we hire to handle any pest control situations.

Was good but could be better
The hotel was nice. My only issue was that the shower faucet broke on us the bed was very hard and the day time person was not very friendly. The night person was great.
