"Nice house- excellent location. House is lacking kitchen items . Need more utensils and every appliance says it needs a filter change. Coffee maker needs an upgrade. Not big enough for large groups. Pool issues but they were addressed. Overall nice house"

"I am late with this review, but we stayed mid. March for spring break. When I tell you these pictures, does this place no justice! It is an absolutely beautiful. Perfect place to stay from end to end. Everything was thought about. You can literally just pack your clothes and come stay here. They provide basically everything that you would want in a vacation rental, including an espresso machine, a frother, books, Crayons, puzzles, I could go on and on! This is one of my most proudest vacation...

"This was the perfect little house for our week long vacation with our 4 mo old son. The two bed/ two bath was the perfect space. We spent most of our time on the back deck grilling and overlooking the pool and the beach was a 5 minute walk and very easy to access. Would recommend Dillon's if you prefer to rent chairs at the beach but Jason has some sand chairs and umbrellas for use. We really enjoyed it and would stay here again."

"Such a beautiful home with all stated amenities. The community was beautiful and quiet. Our only complaint was the 0.5 mile walk to the beach and the 4 flights of stairs that you had to go down to get to the beach. Overall the home, beaches, shopping, and food were all fabulous! "Small, modest and comfortable inside. Quiet but near the crowded “in” places if you want to visit them (Alys, Rosemary, etc.). Good beach access that’s close, almost right across the street, and not crowded at all (even on spring break) which is nice. The tub drained slowly and was not addressed during our stay. The outside (yard and drive) could easily be improved."

"My husband and another couple had a great time at this condo! The location is hard to beat (but alot of stairs just a heads up for people in your party) and the condo itself is wonderful. We love'd having the loft and balcony. We rented a car to get out do dinner in the evenings and the grocery store, but a bike rental would also be a great option. "Nice place with a ell kept back yad area, very pretty and relaxing. It does take several flights of stairs to get to the beach, but nice quiet beach and the included beach service was a huge benefit! Great location!"
