This newly renovated end-unit property offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk to the golf course, beach, pool and Seabrook restaurants and amenities.

Step inside and feel immediately at ease. The light and airy living room boasts cathedral ceilings and a 75-inch smart TV with cable package, perfect for your favorite sports games. Wifi is included in your stay, as well as a collection of books, games and DVDs. There are two separate desk nooks (one with a standing desk option) available for those that would like to catch-up on work and email.

The master bedroom, situated on the first floor with an adjacent bathroom, features a king-sized bed, dual closets and TV, providing a peaceful sanctuary for relaxation. Upstairs, you'll find a queen bedroom with private deck, offering a secluded retreat for some personal time, as well as a delightful third bedroom with two twin beds, perfect for accommodating children or additional guests. The second floor shares a full bathroom. Additionally, a washer/dryer is available for your use.

The kitchen is fully-equipped for preparing home-cooked meals. Whether you're enjoying a quick breakfast before heading out to explore the island or indulging in a leisurely dinner with loved ones, this inviting space caters to your needs. A large deck with patio seating and a propane grill extends off the kitchen for your post-beach BBQ dinner. A small screened-in porch with high top seating for two is perfect for a quiet morning coffee or evening glass of wine. There is a Keurig and drip coffee maker for your use.

Up to (2) dogs or (2) cats are welcome to this villa! Additional pet fees to apply.

** Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Walk across the street to the boardwalks to the beach! The Seabrook Island Club is a 3 minute walk away. Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.

Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. Passes for the Lake House indoor pools and Fitness Center are available for $15/day/person or $10/day/person for 3 days or more. There is no charge to use the outdoor pool at the Lake House.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Easy to book, great communication, looked like the pictures. Master bed very comfortable, queen bed not as much. Plenty of pots, pans, utensils, baking pans (except muffin tin). Loved having washer/dryer in unit. Bring a flashlight for walking at night/early morning. Loved that it was pet friendly.

It was a very nice vacation. Everything was almost perfect. The 4-star is because of a few things: 1. The grill doesn't work (maybe just out of fuel). But it was annoying after getting all the grill preparation and finding out the grill doesn't work. 2. Already called on maintenance on the first day, and they are still not getting the battery fixed for the fan in the bedroom. 3. Insufficient and very low-quality toilet paper.

neat and clean condo very close to the beach and seabrook clubhouse. well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your time away. could use a little refresh, but it's a very, very comfortable home that our two kids and pup enjoyed for the week.

We started off enjoying the stay there however we found what I thought to be mold growing on the shower curtain then saw it in the ceiling vent. So, I proceeded to look throughout the house and found it growing in all the vents and some on the beam on the ceiling. Property management moved us right away with no questions asked but did say they thought it was probably mildew and that they get it quite often. Either way the management took great care of us. We were very happy with our treatment and with the mew place right across the street from where we were. Nancy was the best.

Our overall experience was terrific. Close to the beach, lovely area, everyone was friendly, unit was spacious & the bed was was comfy. We discovered many great restaurants & the Village had great shopping. Word of caution- don’t go to Harris Teeter Saturday afternoon. Everyone shops then & the check out lines were extremely long. I think I must have waited 20+ minutes to checkout. Overall, I would return & rent this unit again.

The property is nice, i.e. nicely decorated, nice amenities, etc., but I wonder if the owner knows the floors are "dipping" in several high traffic areas and it didn't appear that the carpet had been vacuumed between the last visitors and our stay. Our dog kept findings "things" in the carpet and eating them. The carpet needs to be cleaned. The layout is great - Master bedroom and bath on the lower level; two additional rooms upstairs - all nicely decorated.

This was our third time staying on Seabrook Island and 755 Spinakker has been our favorite place. It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Property managers are very easy to work with and the rental price comes with amenity card which is essential for us because my kids live in the pool while we’re there. The beds were all very comfortable, I got so much rest the week we were there! Overall, great place to stay. We would definitely rent here again!

Enjoyed our family trip to Seabrook Island in October. The location of the property was great and there was plenty of room for a family of 5. Just a quick walk to beach, golf course and shops. Only issue we had was cleanliness of the property on arrival, but the property manager was very understanding of this and made things right. We would definitely come back and stay in these beach houses again.

We loved staying here in the Spinnaker Beachhouses!! With the kids, it was great to be so close to the beach and restaurant. The house was well-equipped and comfortable. Nancy and her staff were incredibly helpful and responsive whenever we had questions. Seabrook is beautiful, and we would stay here again!

We enjoyed staying here with the exception of construction noise coming from right next door. We have an infant who needs naps during the day, so we really wish we had been informed about the construction. Otherwise, it was a good house for our family and quick walk to the beach.
