Discover your perfect stay at 2808 Seabrook Island Road, a stunning vacation home nestled under the palm trees in the serene Lower Island area of Seabrook Island, and is walking distance the beach, the Seabrook Island beach club, and golf. This spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom beachhouse comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it an ideal choice for large families, two families vacationing together, family reunions, or group retreats. Pet-friendly for your well-behaved dogs (additional fees apply). This home checks off all the boxes: walking distance to the beach, 2 master suites with one suite downstairs, a modern open space living room, and Seabrook Island Amenity Cards included.

Guests entering the home will find a bright, modern living room with its two-story ceiling, beams across the high ceilings, shiplap walls, hardwood floors, large screen TV, and modern, comfortable decor.

Off the open living room, is a dining area with ample seating and abundant natural light. The kitchen features white cabinetry, subway tile, stainless steel appliances, additional seating, and is well stocked for your serving and entertainment needs. A laundry room with washer and dryer is off the kitchen and there for the convenience of guests.

Bedroom 1: A master suite bedroom on the first floor is ideal for guests who may wish to forgo the stairs. The suite features a comfortable king bed, dresser, walk-in closet, TV and ensuite, renovated bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
Bedroom 2: Upstairs on the second level, a grand master suite and features a fireplace (for decorative purposes only). a walk-in closet and luxurious ensuite bath with dual vanity and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3: A third bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom shared with bedroom 4. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 4: A fifth bedroom features two double beds. It shares an ensuite bathroom with bedroom 4.
Bedroom 5: The FROG is an amazing space for children. There are two sets of bunk beds in this expansive area, and an additional twin bed.

An additional study on the first floor contains quiet office space where guests can catch up on emails or do a zoom call. There is an additional queen bed in this room, too. A large washer and dryer are also located off the kitchen for the convenience of guests. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home during their stay. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. There is parking in the driveway and garage access, making packing and unpacking a breeze.

The deck is amazing for outdoor entertaining and the outdoor shower next to the garage area is the perfect place to wash off after a day on the beach. The home also features a garage with two beach chairs, a wagon, and some beach toys. The LSV stored in the garage is for owner use and not guest use. LSVs (if you choose to rent one during your stay) can be charged in the garage area though.

2808 Seabrook Island Road is ideal for your Seabrook Island adventure. Seabrook Island, often called the 'sister island' to Kiawah Island, is a one-of-a-kind, gated destination with over three miles of uncrowded, private, uncrowded (and dog friendly) beach open only to residents and guests on the island, an Equestrian center, and more. There is also a fitness center and indoor aquatics for a daily rate. The crab docks, the outdoor Lakehouse pool, basketball court, and playground are also enjoyed by guests. Bohicket Marina, outside the gates of Seabrook Island, features over 200 boat slips, restaurants, and shops. There are kayak tours, boating charters, and bike rentals nearby. Freshfield Villages, set between Seabrook and Kiawah Islands, features over 30 shops and boutiques, an array of restaurants, spa services, and special events (like theatre under the stars and outdoor music). Downtown Charleston, SC is a 21 mile scenic drive. There are many sights to see in short driving distance including The Angel Oak Tree, Charleston Tea Gardens, Drayton Hall, Magnolia Plantation, Deep Water Vineyards, and more. There is something for everyone and we are here to recommend anything you need from private chef experiences to car service to historical walks to ghost tours and more.

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)

WASHER & DRYER: A large washer and dryer are located in the home for your convenience making laundry a breeze. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

As of 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a fee of $45 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers will be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. Golf carts require a gate pass and count towards the total gate passes allowed.

AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $50 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Beginning January 1, 2025, pre-order forms will be mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is now unable to accept information over the phone.

ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. No more than 4 parking passes can be issued. LSV rental (if applicable) requires a gate pass.

CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.

CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

CANCELLATION POLICY: While the cancellation policy is plainly stated, please note that a cancellation processing fee of $65 will be charged for all reservations booked then cancelled irrelevant of when they are cancelled. This fee covers the credit card transaction fee that our small business is assessed for both the transaction of booking and the transaction of refund.

PARTIES: THIS IS an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!

Fifth Annual July 4th Trip

We had a good time overall. The pictures show the freshly remodeled place well. The home came with beach chairs and toys which was a nice touch. There were plenty of issues however. The garage opener didn’t work neither did the lockbox but one call to sandpiper and they sent folks over straight away to make repairs. Then came the unfixables. During the course of our stay it became apparent that more things were broken or did break due to more maintenance issues for example various kitchen hardware falling off drawers and cabinets, broken tile in the bathrooms, stains in the carpeting throughout the bedrooms, damage to the wood and mullions throughout the home, and the main fan pictured in the living room doesn’t work at all or is missing the remote (I never got a response to that quandary). The kitchen is stocked poorly with cooking supplies including a pan with enough metal damage in it, it probably should be thrown away and not offered to be cooked in for sanitary/health/safety reasons. The driveway is in really egregious disrepair and should be fixed long before this trip or visit. Then the company nickels and dimes you for gate passes charging 45/vehicle after the first even though the home and driveway clearly hold more than a vehicle’s worth of people. For a price of almost 10k/week these issues should be nonexistent and this price is not worth the experience plain and simple.

Annual Family vacation

This was a great place to stay for our annual vacation with our family. Everyone had their own sleeping place. It was super close to beach and the resort pool. Had couple things we had to call them about but they took care of them quickly. We would definitely stay here again. We had a couple of deer that visited us about every day!
