949 Sealoft is a beautifully updated, free standing Seabrook Island Cottage with 2 bedrooms + loft, beach boardwalk access, a quiet community pool, great golf views from the decks, a gas grill for Lowcountry BBQs, Seabrook Island Club amenity cards and loads of coastal charm.

The living room is beautifully appointed with real hardwood flooring, adorable furnishings and a large Smart TV for streaming your favorite sports and shows. The kitchen is nicely updated, fully-equipped with modern appliances and well stocked for enjoyable in house dining. Dine indoors around the table or step outside for alfresco dining and BBQs on the outdoor deck.

949 Sealoft comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with quality bedding, a flat screen TV, a renovated bathroom with a shower and a private deck. Bedroom 2 has a queen poster bed and access to the shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3 is a loft bedroom outfitted with 2 twin beds, sharing a bathroom with Bedroom 2 and enjoying an additional deck with expansive golf views.

Sealoft Villas Seabrook Island are nestled in a secluded setting with beach access across the street, a community pool and a quick bike ride to the Seabrook Island Club. Our Seabrook vacation rentals are located across the island and wherever you choose to stay you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Pool Access: Community pool for Sealoft Villas. Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Beach access is via Boardwalk #3A is just across the street from the Sealoft complex.

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this property.

Parking: Covered parking at this free standing cottage. Maximum number of vehicles is 2. Car pass fee is an additional $45/car.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Seabrook in paradise

7th year staying on Seabrook Island, 3rd year staying at sealoft villas. The experience is incredible, having the opportunity to bring my kids here and witness the joy the ocean brings is priceless. The wildlife and untouched beauty of the costal landscape is what keeps us come here! Thanks for another wonderful beach vacation!

Quaint home within walking distance of beach, pool, and clubhouse

Great location to activities in the area. Two first floor bedrooms had a king and a queen. Upstairs had two twins. Flow of king room was a bit tight getting around bed to bathroom. Two outside decks were furnished with high top tables and chairs. A/C seemed to lag through the night which made rooms feel stuffy. Both outside decks needed some tlc. Pool and beach area by the main clubhouse was great. Was bummed that the coffee/sandwich spot was open only on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00-10:30. Function we attended on Friday evening was well staffed, food was delightful, and lite bites were yummy especially the burgers!! Would consider staying in this area again but in a different spot that was more up to date.

Wonderful home

Everything was great/as advertised. 10 min walk to the beach. Pool was incredible. The amenities card was big perk. Our 3 kids had a wonderful time. Kitchen a little crowded/small for cooking big meals, but the grill outside was very useful. Also shopping/dining area 10 minutes away has everything you could ever need.

What a awesome rental

The layout is really nice, as the 2 main bedrooms are seperate from each other. Plenty of outdoor seating area's, and the Living Room-Kitchen is perfect. We had a total of 3 people but also had a cousin spend 2 nights, as the loft area is a nice add on.
