Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 3 vehicle passes. There is parking in the carport area and in an adjacent off street space. Parking on the pinestraw or street is prohibited. The $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due two weeks prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. The beds were comfortable as well as all of the lounge furniture. The kitchen was well stocked. A few more bath towels as well as bath mats would be nice. Also, there were no hangers in any of the closets which was annoying for staying at Seabrook, where we did dress up and would have preferred our clothes not be wrinkled. The amenity pass and gate pass process is a bit confusing, but worked out in the end. ##### Ellen S.
