Amenity Access included! 1305 Pelican Watch This first floor villa is one of the few Seabrook properties with a true beachfront view and is great for a couple looking for an island retreat! Sitting on the Edisto River with views to the Atlantic Ocean, you will be treated to gorgeous water vistas. Walk in and immediately on the left is the king-sized bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a flat screen TV with cable. Wi-fi throughout the villa enables you to use your computer at the bedrooms' window nook desk. Further down the hallway is a second full bathroom with shower. The main living area includes plenty of seating. A wide and extended bar with tall bar stools provides the perfect view over the living area to the outside dunes and Edisto River/Atlantic Ocean. There is a flat screen TV with cable for your entertainment. There is also another desk for your computer. The living area is all tastefully decorated in bright, warm colors, providing a beachy feel. A fully equipped, galley kitchen lies adjacent and is open to the main area and dune/river-ocean view. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the laundry closet. Head out the sliding doors to the porch overlooking the protected dunes on Pelican Beach, the Edisto River and Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy coffee and drinks around the round table that seats four. Relax while watching the stunning sunsets over the sea, thanks to the west-facing position of that side of the island. Want to take advantage of the beach? Take the stairs off the porch and walk down the boardwalk to Pelican Beach. You are just steps from putting your toes in the sand and water. \*Seabrook Island Property Association (a.k.a. SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2 The first gate pass is included in your stay. We were a quick bike ride to the club house and just a boardwalk away from the beach. The corner porch is the perfect escape for reading a book for watching a thunderstorm on the ocean. We loved having water views and the boardwalk to the beach right outside our door. From the porch we were able to see amazing sunsets. The Condo is well stocked and very clean. The kitchen was small but updated. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. They were perfectly adequate but could use updating. Communication with the management company was easy and smooth. Clean, well stocked, and the location to the beach and amenities was awesome! We biked the island, played golf, and swam in the club pool! It was great! That being said, the sunsets, either from the deck or right on the beach were amazing! A slice of heaven! This is the place to be for a coastal vacation! ##### M Carl D. Perfect for two: well stocked kitchen, comfy deck chairs, clean bathrooms with good water pressure. Everything worked well except the coffee maker. The location is absolutely peaceful with quiet beach, lovely sunsets, wildlife views right from the porch deck. Better detail to housecleaning prior to our arrival would have been appreciated. This unit was close to the public boardwalk, pet stations and outdoor shower stations. A short walk to the amenity pool, restaurant and golf course. We brought our pet, who was able to enjoy the dog beach for the first time. Walking, swimming or biking everyday! I needed to set my exercise goals higher on my Apple Watch because exercising was never so much more pleasurable in this community! The resident neighbors were very welcoming and friendly.
