This free-standing cottage has been thoughtfully renovated - fusing modern conveniences with southern charm. This spacious retreat comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it the perfect getaway for families or groups looking to unwind in a tranquil setting just a short distance from the beach and golf, the beach club, and dining at the Seabrook Island Club. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance that blends coastal charm with modern comforts. The open-concept living area is designed for relaxation, featuring ample seating and large windows that fill the space with natural light. There are Pergo floors throughout the property, an ideal choice for beach living. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals, complete with modern appliances and plenty of counter space. An enclosed porch area is another great spot to relax, unwind, or catch up on work remotely. The light and bright space features a large table (perfect for dining and gathering for board game night). The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Beginning January 1, 2025, pre-order forms will be mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is now unable to accept information over the phone. ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a limit of 4 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) are unfortunately prohibited at the villa complex. CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self check-in process. Guests will directly check-in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. We will not return to Seabrook because of the difficulty planning this stay. We did not feel welcome to the club and the way they charged us for drinks etc. very expensive for what it actually was. The house was clean, smaller in person than the pictures showed but overall clean and accommodating. ##### Kristen M. It was great to have the amenity cards. We played golf, pickleball and utilized the pool and beach areas as well. It is such a beautiful island.
