Other Things to Note: Important: We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minute is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding! Overall wear and tear of property was evident. For the price, I would expect pristine conditions but again the location is 10/10 and plenty of space for groups. We had to purchase one at Walmart and use that. There is no way to be able to plan meals for everyone using charcoal at different times.We did find the vacuum but could have used a broom and dustpan. This helps with daily clean-up.You will not find a nicer home at Seabrook all the amenities that Sean offers.
