"Check in was difficult. As a Hilton Honors member, I had already checked in via the app and should have only had to show my ID to the front desk to activate my keyless entry. However, the guy at the desk would not check me in because he was helping another customer (who was on her cell phone talking to someone so he wasn't actually doing anything) for 15 minutes or so.
