"Just a family of Wisconsinites who came down to see some family and beat the winter weather. The house was beautiful and perfectly accommodated the whole family. The pool was clean and the highlight of the weekend for the kids. I was able to send text messages to the owner and he responded very quicky for the few questions i had. we stayed for 4 nights and everything was perfect and we would absolutely rent from these owners again."

"Quaint house, clean, close walk to the beach. Great area for birding. Deer in the yards at dawn and in the roads at dusk, so drive carefully. Clever closet set-ups in the bedrooms; I may steal some ideas for home. Kemah and NASA are short rides away. Seabrook has a lot of parks/playgrounds/nature preserves. The neighborhood beach was a great refuge from the crazed spring break crowds over at the Kemah boardwalk."

"On the day of check-in, we received an additional rental agreement that is mandatory. In the agreement, it basically states that the host and their management company, Empress, have the right to evict the renter during the stay and that an additional fee will be applied if that occurs. It also states that voluntarily vacating the property or refusing to sign the agreement will result in forfeiture of any money that the renter has already paid.
