We loved the convenience to the airport and that it was quiet in our room. The mattress on our bed was perfect! Met our needs ideally.

Check in was quick & simple. Didn’t realize what the ‘surcharge’ for parking was...it’s $22/night. That being said we received two complimentary breakfast buffet vouchers which is normally $13.95 each. Nice selection of teas and coffee in the lobby but none in the room. Room was clean and spacious. Washroom is a little small and difficult to have two people using that area. Shower/bath water faucet was challenging to deal with. Really hard to turn on. The restaurant next door has a happy hour 4-6 and 9-11pm but we wouldn’t recommend going there. A quick walk 1/2 a block down the street to ‘Roasters’ is a better place to go. Same Happy Hour and much larger selection.

We just hired a new Chef and plan on having a new menu in place within 30 days. Thank you again for your review. I did not appreciate the $22 charge for parking. For the price, they could have provided a continental breakfast. There were coffee cups in my room, but no coffee maker.

Shuttle service is too slow after call for service

The room smelled, maybe rotting carpet? The hotel doesn't/cant sell amenities like pain reliever. I had to pay for parking. uneven spots in the hallway floor. tiny elevators. Lobby was dingy in areas. How is this a Red Lion???
