« Our stay was great and the condo is perfect for two people. Very clean. Awesome location and sea pines is beautiful! Well equipped kitchen. Just FYI: Pool pass is not included with your stay & a day pass for the pool is 40 for two people which is ridiculous but not any fault of the property owner, personally I would remove the “communal pool” from the listing since it is not included and is misleading if a family is specifically looking for access to a pool. « **What We Loved:**Spacious, clean, and quiet retreat with a well-stocked modern kitchen and powerful AC. The walk-in shower was excellent, and we loved being just steps from the beach (3-minute walk) and a short stroll to Salty Dog marina. Great access to Sea Pines’ bike paths with plenty of parking.**Minor Notes:**The beach is actually on the sound rather than ocean (no waves) and no community pool available. **Bottom Line:**Fantastic, comfortable stay in an ideal location.
