This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths). Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Had a group of 12 friends (5 couples + 2 friends 30 years old) and the place fit us perfectly. The property is brand new with high end finishes across the board. Wifi also worked flawlessly even when 6 of us were working remote. Only recommendation would be to provide beach chairs (there are none) but again HIGHLY recommend.
