« At first it started off rocky. Thought I could check in at 3pm although I told them I would arrive around 5pm. That’s on me. Long story short 1st room I got was not serviced got the 2nd room real quick. Overall it gives you a college experience with the bathroom and showers outside the room. I enjoyed it. »

« Horrible. When we got there day of for our booking. They didn’t send us a code for the door and we were locked out for hours. It took the neighbors to contact them for them to call us and tell us that our side lost power in the morning yet they didn’t want to message us and let us know before hand and wasted our time. "L’hôtel est très bien situé à mi chemin entre central parc et time square donc à 5 minute de marche pour les deux endroit à 20 minutes de l’empire state building ! Stationnement très facile attente max 5/10 minutes ,excellent le confort des chambres 5/10 propreté 6/10 et les chambres manquent un peu d’amour , toilette en trouble , lavabo qui coulent et robinet qui bouge ..en gros Personnel 9/10 Emplacement 10/10 Chambre 5/10 ‘État des installations ‘ Restaurant 8/10 Propreté 8/10"

"Petit dejeuner compris, ce qui est un luxe à NY au vu du prix de la nourriture. La 1ere nuitw nous avons mal dormi à cause du bruit de la rue, nous avons demandé à changer se chambre et nous avons été immédiatement placés dans une chambre hyper calme et ce, sans supplément. Personnel très avenant et toujours prêt à aider dans la bonne humeur. Proche de tout. Si j'ai la chance de retourner à NY, c'est là que je logerai de nouveau. "
