The 115 m2 ground-floor apartment features a spacious terrace with a grill, seating area, and lawn. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, which is a highlight of the apartment. The second bedroom offers space for up to 3 people. A sofa bed in the living area completes the offering. The fully equipped kitchen with adjacent dining area leaves nothing to be desired.
