It’s far enough out of town to be quiet but close enough to run into town for groceries etc. The AC works incredibly well, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to self cater. I was traveling on a motorcycle so I was able to pull up right outside the front door to unload and the yard light kept it feeling secure.
