"Darwin was a very responsive host. The property has a good start to being a nice rental. The kitchen needs a good deep clean (walls, cabinets, exhaust fan) as well as the baseboards around the house. Invested in some nice furniture like the dining room table and master bedroom and then has couches with stains and a very broken sleeper/sofa. Nice location a good distance off the road and well shaded."

"This place was the perfect place to stay. The location couldnt have been any better. It is a smaller place, but it has everything that one would need all wrapped into the entire area. The bed was very comfortable. The TV was the perfect size. The bathroom and shower were great. Communication was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!"

"The home was just as described and has a wonderful sunroom which was a pleasant surprise. The backyard area provides some of north Floridas beautiful azalea plants as well as a covered area to shelter from the fabled Florida showers. Beds were extremely comfortable and clean. The showers have great water pressure. Host provided clear communication. Will stay again our next visit to see family."
