The property was ok but not as expected . The room had torn headboard leather, not even water is provided which we had to buy on our own. Elevators also feel ancient, giving dull and old look.

The property is aging and in need of multiple repairs, housekeeping does not come to tidy up or even to simply restock towels etc with any rhythm….I left a tip each day it was picked up and beds sloppily made 2 of 4 days, some of the staff were rude or indifferent as if you are bothering them by paying for service. There is a mandatory $45/day “resort fee” and I use that word lightly for a dirty nasty overcrowded pool even without use. There was literally a medication patch floating with other gross waste/debris. No microwave or coffee maker in the room. Disappointing. I really wanted to like the property.

Fabulous stay, yet again. They are being modest when they say light fare, it was a meal!

I thought the pool was amazing.I could stay there all day, the area very sketchy, understaffed, the ones working a little snappy, understandable but one ride person checking in doesn't mean be rude to the next, people see it, most understand when you have a ride customer its how you treat the next one that matters, rooms were outdated but nice there was a box of empty comdoms underneath one bed, noticed while looking for friends i.d the food place with the famous chef was closed, but it was during the week id start again but only for the pool
