In addition to the main bedroom with a double bed, the house has a mezzanine with 2 single beds, bathroom, kitchen, and a private veranda that directly overlooks the lawn, where you can enjoy excellent lunches in direct contact with nature. Next to the house we find the laundry area and the barbecue where you can grill the excellent Sicilian products, and why not the fruit and vegetables that can be found in the garden or in the main vegetable garden, courgettes, aubergines, tomatoes, peppers .... and then also the peaches the watermelons the cantaloupe the melons ..... the fresh eggs that collect the guests directly, and the fruit slushes, and then the fish and pizzas of Sciacca cannot be missing. To welcome the guests there will be Antonella who is the owner / person in charge of the structure, and then you will find Salvatore called Totò who takes care of the tasting side. In fact, it is he who during the stay entices guests with his specialties. Inspired by the evening he will prepare the "pane cunzato" a Sicilian specialty, which consists of stuffing hot bread with the typical products of the area, such as the oil of his company, the fragrant salted anchovies, oregano salt pepper and sliced tomatoes. Then it's up to the anchovies seasoned on a plate with oregano lemon oil and onion. And yet olives, artichokes and "passuluna" or black olives and fresh cheese. There is also the evening of sweets with cannoli filled at the moment with sweetened ricotta and with chocolate and pistachio flakes. But let's not forget the slush evening that Antonella prepares for you. Any for all tastes, you can taste it with white and tasty lemon, with red and inviting wild strawberries, mandarin and then the house specialty the mulberry granita with a strong taste and an intense amaranth color.
