### Boat 'Hausboot Explorer' with Lake View and Private Terrace

In Schwerin, the Hausboot Explorer boat offers an excellent view of the lake. The 21 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as a guest WC and thus offers space for 6 people. Unfortunately, this accommodation does not offer: WiFi. This accommodation has a private open terrace where you can relax in the evening.  
  
This boat is situated in the middle of the Schwerin old town. A visit to Schwerin Castle and the historic city center is highly recommended. There is also a possibility to visit the Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Rostock.  
  
Families with children are welcome.  
  
Bringing pets, smoking, and celebrating events on the boat are not allowed.  
  
Guests are asked to treat the surrounding nature with respect and to observe the behavioral guidelines on the lakes.  
  
The following amenities can be rented upon request (for a fee): an SUP, a kayak, a grill, a power generator, and access to Wi-Fi.
