At the Ratschnhof, you can enjoy a vacation rental in Schwendau, Austria, conveniently located 5 km from the center of Mayrhofen and 1 km from Hippach. You will have a vacation in a 4-room apartment spanning 80 square meters on 2 levels at Ratschnhof. The practical and rustic furnishings include an upper floor accessible by an exterior staircase, where you will find a room with a double bed and a shower/WC, as well as access to a balcony. The kitchen/living room is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a dining nook, and satellite TV. On the 2nd upper floor, there is a room with a sofabed, a double bed, and a hand-basin, leading to a balcony. Another room on this floor has a double bed and a hand-basin. There is also a bath/shower and a separate WC. The apartment features heating and 2 balconies with terrace furniture and deck chairs.

The apartment at Ratschnhof includes amenities such as a dishwasher, satellite TV, heating, and a television. It can accommodate a maximum of 7 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
