4 am the phone in the room rings. 3 times, no one is on the other end of the phone. Someone then bangs the walls. Reception couldn't tell me who called but said it would of had to have been them. Breakfast was trash

Overall very comfortable stay. Close to tram station and bus stop. From there, easy connections to metro trains.They also have day pass for sale which was very convenient.

There was no complimentary coffee in the room. We didn’t get clean towels every day that we asked for the room to be made up. Overall the property was clean and we had no major issues

Our visit
Bed was not very comfy to me. It was quite pricey for food and coffee. Few staff very welcoming and 1-2 quite rude as if we were doing them a favor.

Budget Gem in Munich
Overall it's works fine for a short business trip. Especially at the price. For longer trips, more comfort would be nice and I'd likely chose to stay elsewhere. However, for the money it's a good deal and they have a nice staff. Pillows and mattress would be at the top of my list of comfort issues.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean, but the AC did not work the best & you have to pay an extra daily fee for parking and breakfast.

Great hotel. Excellent breakfast. Friendly front desk. Rooms were a good size. The location is a bit out of town, however it is served well by a tram, less than 5 mins away which will get you into the city centre in a short time. Only downside was the a/c unit , which didn't seem to work so the room got a little hot. All in all though, a good hotel, well worth a stay when in party town Munich. Enjoy.
