The staff here went above and beyond. They helped me figure out how to explore, how to travel, and how to figure out so many things on my first visit. The property was just as expected, but the STAFF are what made this place five stars. Every person that helped me (3 different individuals for different reasons) all were phenomenal!

Relax time nothing to complain about, a/c didn't work at its best. It has a summer and winter timer. Didn't cool the room enough in the night. The room has a Window that can be opened, so we did that.

This hotel is overpriced for what it is. However Luxembourg in general is overpriced. This hotel is far away from any meaning and convenient public transportation and therefore you must hire a car which is an added expense. This hotel is located near a semi industrial / business estate and the area is kind of weirdly deserted yet the hotel itself is placed next to a highway so you get the highway traffic noise. Some of the staff have an attitude problem here however one staff member named Jerome was a real pleasure to deal with and model professional. It's kind of weird that everytime you want to come to the dining hall you have pass reception and it can be weirdly and awkwardly silent with them standing there watching as you pass - the dining options themselves are limited with not much on the menu and the clientele I met there were not my vibe. I would not go back and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Service at Legere can be improved. Staff need to be more proficient in English. Not every visitor will be French or German speaking. Hotel location is a little away from city center, though it is very scenic. If interested in picturesque location, this hotel is befitting

Need to improve room lighting. It was too dark. Bathrooms should be more private. And the air-conditioning needs to improve. The staff was very friendly and helpful

loved the hotel, great facilities and lovely stuff. the only issue i had is that the hotel is quite far out from luxembourg city itself, but getting there by public transport is doable.

The location, the style, the cleanliness. This is our 6 stay at the hotel and it’s consistently good. If anything to improve upon would be adding a small auto closing mechanism on the cupboard where the fridge and bin are as well as the bathroom as these door bang loudly!! The service is the restuarant is friendly and efficient. Would be great to see some new items on the menu and the breakfast buffet too..

Air condition was not working, so make sure it does before reserving on hot summer days especially. They asked to open windows instead failing to repair the A.C, which invited mosquitoes and smell of smokes (something other than tobacco for sure) the whole night while i tried sleeping. Breakfasts are 23 euroes per person which i find is too expensive

Fantastic new style, super professional staff everywhere including breakfast / eating area . Wonderful super cozy restaurant location - even open but so wonderfully equipped and warm feeling - we could have stayed for 3 hours just enjoying breakfast with a perfect variety offer of all you can wish for !!!

Very disappointed on arrival to the hotel with a planned stay of 5 days only to find all food and beverage facilities were closed. Totally understand we are in a pandemic situation but this should have been confirmed when booking. All service was to our room and personally speaking the reflected costs including our stay was excessive.

Good but not excellent
After seeing such high reviews, we had our expectations set a bit too high. The hotel is a very good hotel for business travel, but nothing special otherwise. The room was nice and the hotel was very modern and clean. The sauna was nice and the cleaning lady was very helpful even without being able to speak English. The decor was a bit too modern and odd for our tastes, but that’s a personal preference. The restaurant is good, but rather expensive. All in all it is a very good hotel, just not the excellent 9/10 that the reviews indicate - unless you are only comparing against other airport business hotels maybe.

Very nice modern hotel in quiet area 20 minute bus ride into the centre. Breakfast good choices but hot food cold. Lovely restaurant but overpriced. Wanted a glass of water but was told only bottles. When the bill came it cost €4.60 in the room it was free.

Excellent hotel. One of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Room was clean, spacious, and modern. Everything was well taken care of and the hotel had many amenities and was tasteful. The staff were helpful and polite. Location is a little far. 10 minutes walk to the bus stop and about 15-20 minutes from the city center.

Nice hotel, but limited shuttle service.
Hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, but Hotels.com cost us over $50. by saying there was free shuttle service. The shuttle service is only Monday-Friday, and end sat 5: on Friday. We had to spend a lot on taxis, and wouldn't have stayed there had we known there was no shuttle. VERY aggravating because we had spent almost all of our cash.

Great hotel for airport convenience
We needed to stay near the airport for an early morning departure. The hotel is just 10 minutes away and was a fantastic find. We had an excellent dinner - a great way to say goodbye to a beautiful country/city.
