Prepare grand meals and on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with all the cupboard room you'll ever need, and a washer/dryer to the side. There's a dedicated workspace upstairs with a desk and chair for those who need to stay connected. The beds are comfortable, and promote an excellent night's rest from the day's activities. Sit on the covered porch and admire the sunset shining through the trees, your favorite wine in hand to truly feel your cares melt away. THINGS TO KNOW Parts of this home are air-conditioned from approximately Memorial Day until Labor Day each year. This home does not have central air conditioning. A Double-size futon is provided. Please note the the smaller cabin on the property is not for guest use. Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). It's also only 5 minutes drive to town where you can find stores, restaurants, bars and the beatiful lake shore. The area is spectacular with lots of gorgeous forest, lakes, ponds and hiking trails within walking distance or a few minutes drive. Unfortunately, there was a mix up and I had to switch cabins the day after I got there, but I'd definitely return.
