The holiday apartment Haus Ute is located in Schotten/Kaulstoß OT and is perfect for an unforgettable stay with your loved ones. The 44 m² accommodation features a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can host up to 4 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. A baby cot and high chair are also provided. Enjoy your own outdoor space with an open terrace and balcony.  
  
You have access to a shared outdoor area with a garden and barbecue. The property is set in the picturesque Vogelsberg countryside, offering plenty of leisure options such as Hoherodskopf, the Bonifatius Route, the Vulkanradweg, and three swimming lakes. You can also visit the volcano and bird park with playground. Public transport is within walking distance.  
  
A parking space (carport, max. 2 m height) is available on the property, and free street parking is also possible. There is a storage room for motorbikes, bicycles, and ski equipment. The apartment is ideal for 2–3 adults or 2 adults and 2–3 children. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. A washing machine can be provided on request for an extra fee.
