The "Ferienwohnung Kleine Welle Schönberger Strand" offers an inviting setting for families, couples, and small groups seeking a relaxing coastal retreat on the German Baltic Sea. Located just 50 meters from the fine sandy Schönberger Strand, this modern holiday apartment accommodates up to four guests and is situated on the first floor of a building in a quiet residential area. You are in immediate proximity to the sea and enjoy a partial sea and beach view, allowing you to fully experience the maritime ambiance of the region.  
  
With a living space of 45 square meters, the apartment is thoughtfully laid out and was last renovated in 2024, ensuring contemporary standards and a fresh, comfortable atmosphere. The open-plan living concept includes a bright living room with a laminate floor, a comfortable sofa corner, a modern armchair, a digital flat-screen TV (35–44 inches), and high-speed internet access (from 100 Mbit/s via cable or fiber). This space is ideal for relaxing after an eventful day by the sea or for a cozy movie night with the family.  
  
The fully equipped, open kitchen seamlessly connects to the living area and features all the necessities for self-catering: a ceramic hob, fridge with integrated freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, and mixer. Sufficient crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils are available. The nearby dining area with an inviting dining table offers an ideal space for shared meals and social evenings.  
  
The separate bedroom, also with a laminate floor, accommodates up to three sleeping possibilities—one of which is particularly suited for children. Quality bedding, wardrobe space, and a chest of drawers provide storage and comfort for longer stays. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, offering a fourth sleeping place, ensuring flexibility for families or small groups. The whole apartment is non-smoking and fitted with a smoke detector.
