Petit déjeuner buffet agréable. A noter que pour ceux qui font du vélos, il sont parqué dans la veranda et la motos dans une cours. »

« Nous avons passé 3 nuits à l'hôtel Victor Hugo et avons été ravis de notre séjour. Notre chambre avait vue sur la rivière. Nous avons apprécié le confort de l'hotel , le calme et la gentillesse du personnel. Nous avons aussi apprécié le cadre et la qualite du restaurant. Les petits déjeuners étaient parfaits. "Je ne réserve que des hôtels 4 étoiles. Dans celui-ci, il y a des chambres 4 Etoiles et des petites maison vendu pour du 4 Etoiles, mais on en est loin. J’appelle cela de la publicité mensongère. De plus, le WIFI dans les maisons n’est pas utilisable. Bornes WIFI fraichement installé mais pas opérationnelles. Attention, beaucoup de marche à monter et à descendre pour se rendre au restaurant et au petit déjeuner. Aux paiements du séjour, on me remet une note de bar avec mon numéro de chambre, alors qu’à cette heure-là, nous n’étions pas rentrés. Très déçu. Je n’y retournerai pas. "

"C’est la deuxième fois que nous partons à cet hôtel. Tout est nickel ! Nous sommes à chaque fois surclassé sans rien demandé. Tout est relativement propre (à part qu’il ya de la moquette absolument partout). Tout est mis à disposition pour passé un agréable séjours. L’accueil est au top. Cependant, vu la superficie de certaine chambre, un petit frigo ou une cafetière / bouilloire serai la bienvenue. Par la suite peut être une modernisation de l’intérieur serai top (il me semble que c’est déjà en cours) Le GROS PLUS : la literie est juste EXCEPTIONNEL. C’est d’un confort digne des 5 étoiles. Bravo la dessus. Je vous recommande vivement cet établissement. "

"Séjour réservé pour fêter mon anniversaire en famille dans une chambre studio avec une vue lac, malheureusement la chambre attribuée était au rdc et n’avait pas de vue lac donc après une réclamation auprès de l’accueil, ils nous a été attribué une chambre avec vue lac dans l étage supérieur par le team manager, qui nous a offert un voucher pour 4 personnes pour un verre. Par ailleurs a notre arrivée il n’y avait pas non plus de disponibilité pour dîner au restaurant alors que nous passions la nuit à l’hôtel pour dîner en famille pour fêter cette occasion, alors nous avons demandé à manger dans l’espace bar pour ne pas manger trop tard avec 2 enfants en bas âges et profiter de cet instant qui fut manqué car la serveuse a oublié de mettre la bougie lors du dessert, alors que mon épouse leur a dit au moins 3 fois. Dans l’ensemble le séjour était correcte mais des ajustements sont à prevoir, comme faire un clean up du mobilier de terrasse enlever les toiles d araignée, et améliorer la qualité d accueil en général, "
